Payment and Refund Policy

For online orders of black & white portraits or readily available artworks we charge a full amount. If the artwork does not match your color schema, interior, texture or if you are not satisfied for other reasons, please contact us about it within one week and send the artwork back. Upon its arrival in the original condition you will get your money back minus the Artist’s costs. No returns after 30 days.

For all custom painting orders we do charge a non-refundable 50% fee when the actual work has begun. The remaining balance is due upon the artwork completion. As an option for large projects you may make payments in three installments – one third of the price at the beginning of work, another third half way through and last third of the price when the project complete. Please let us know what payment schema you prefer.

Any changes made to the original proposal when the work is already in progress are subject to the additional charges.

If you are not satisfied with the artwork, you may stop it at any time and keep the remaining balance.

We accept payment in the form of checks, money orders, PayPal, Bitcoin, and major credit cards via secure Stripe checkout. If a personal check is used, please allow 10 (ten) business days for clearing it with the bank.

Ordering Process

Please, send us photograph(s) and/or instructions regarding theme, color and dimension choices to our contact address via e-mail or schedule a pick up from our Atlanta studio. A secure online order is also available.

If you e-mail or upload a digital or scanned photos, make sure it’s in the highest resolution possible. You may order custom compositions from as many photos as you like.

If you are not sure that the photos you have show the true you, we may schedule a photo session to capture an inner you on film.

For mail, phone or e-mail orders, we’ll contact you with the quote, which depends on details and complexity of the painting and, upon agreement, our artist will start working on your art piece.

Each portrait requires quite some time from the artist, so we ask for at least 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of placing a custom order.

Allow us at least 1-2 weeks (B&W; portraits) to finish the order plus shipping time.

Artwork can be picked up from our Atlanta gallery, or we can deliver your order to you locally or ship it by UPS/FedEx/USPS* for an additional cost.

Ordering Process:

Please, e-mail us to discuss the project. On this stage we want to get a general understanding of the project you have in mind.

We schedule an onsite visit to discuss specifics of the project: scope, theme, color palette, time and price constraints.

Design sketches are presented and you choose which one you like more. It’s unseen, but extensive work, so we charge 10% fee on this stage. Selected design is worked out more thoroughly and presented to you for the final approval.

Upon acceptance of the design and project milestones, a contract is signed, work schedule is planned and 40% of the project cost due. If you want to make any changes in design or partially painted work after this step, there will additional charges.

Painting starts. At this stage we expect the work area is clear of all furniture and other obstacles. We do not mind if kids, dogs and cats watch our progress, but, please, keep an eye on them. Oil paint tracks on your hardwood floor is probably not the kind of decoration you wanted.

Painting completed and client’s “Wow!” and remaining balance is collected.

Musical Instrument Finishing:

– Guitar finishing – starts from $1,000.00.

Oil Painting Restoration, Aging and Copies

Estimate/Fees:

– Estimate is free.
– Restoration is a tedious job, so we charge from $75/hr.
– 50% of all costs due before the first day of actual restoration work.

Ordering Process:

Please, e-mail us to discuss the scope of work. It’s a good idea to send close up photos of areas, requiring restoration touch either by e-mail attachment or a regular mail. As well, we may schedule an onsite visit to do more research on the subject.

We do an individual estimate, and, upon acceptance, we either pick up the restoration project, or you send it by mail or drop it off at our location. On this step a 50% of project cost due. The remaining payment due upon project completion.

Travel Expenses Policy

We do on-site estimates, posing and photograph sessions, deliver paintings, and pick up art works to do restorations for free within 20 miles radius from our Atlanta Art Studio.

When we visit you in 20-100 miles radius we charge flat $100 travel fee.

For more then 100 miles trips, we charge an airfare, car rental costs and per diem expenses.

Copyright Policy

The artist has the copyright on artwork she produces, including right to photograph the artwork and use the images on her own discretion.
